You are now ready to proceed with the official visa documentation stage of the Africa–Europe Business & Innovation Mission 2026.

This stage enables the preparation and issuance of your official invitation and supporting participation documents through our programme partners and event ecosystem coordinators.

The mission team will also provide guidance and coordination support throughout the visa preparation process.

Your €800 Visa Documentation Fee Covers:

  • Official invitation processing

  • Visa coordination support

  • Programme participation documentation

  • Delegation confirmation

  • Third-party administrative processing

  • Mission support and participant coordination

  • IMPORTANT REFUND POLICY

In the event of a visa refusal, a partial refund will be issued.

Up to 80% of the €800 visa documentation stage may be refunded in line with third-party processing policies.

PLEASE NOTE: The €250 registration fee remains non-refundable.
