Following registration, we begin the Paris administration and visa-preparation process.

Visa submission target: End of September 2026, subject to appointment availability and timely receipt of the family's documentation.

No main Paris travel instalment will be collected while your family is awaiting the visa decision.

2️⃣ Paris registration begins

We open your child's Paris participant file.

3️⃣ You receive the visa checklist

We send you the required documentation checklist and deadlines.

4️⃣ Documentation is prepared

Our team prepares the programme documentation required from the organiser's side and guides you through the next steps.

5️⃣ Visa application

Our target is to have applications submitted by the end of September, subject to appointment availability and timely submission of family documents.

6️⃣ Visa decision

The main Paris programme payments remain on hold while the visa decision is pending.

7️⃣ Following visa approval

You receive the €2,100 first instalment payment link.

8️⃣ Final payment

The remaining €2,100 is payable by 1 December 2026.

IMPORTANT VISA INFORMATION

The Global Communicators team will provide programme documentation and guidance to support participating families through the visa-preparation process. However, visa applications are assessed independently by the relevant French consular authorities.

We cannot guarantee that a visa will be issued. The $200 Paris Registration & Administration Fee is non-refundable because it covers administrative work undertaken once your child's international registration begins.

You will be asked to read and accept the complete programme booking and cancellation terms before completing payment.
