This registration is for parents, guardians and siblings who wish to travel to Paris alongside a child participating in the Global Communicators Paris Summit, but who are not themselves registered participants in the Global Communicators Academy or Summit programme.

Visa submission target: End of September 2026, subject to appointment availability and timely receipt of the family's documentation.

No main Paris travel instalment will be collected while your family is awaiting the visa decision.

IMPORTANT VISA INFORMATION

TThe Global Communicators team will provide the relevant travel documentation and guidance to support accompanying families through the visa-preparation process. Visa applications are assessed independently by the relevant French consular authorities and a visa cannot be guaranteed.

The US$250 Registration & Administration Fee per accompanying traveller is non-refundable, as it covers administrative work undertaken once registration begins.
