ABOUT THE AUTHORS
Christian Aubert
Christian Aubert is also known as the French Whisperer. An actor turned teacher over 25 years ago, he wasn't satisfied with using a French text book for his students as he wanted them not just to speak French and be understood but to do it like natives. His own experience of learning English after moving to the US fuelled his desire to spare his students the same struggles and embarrassment he experienced attempting to understand native English speakers.
He noticed the American's use of contractions and how it made understanding complex. He suddenly realised that the French did the same thing but to a greater degree. This became the catalyst to developing the Smart French Series with it's unique technique on focusing on sounds and simplifying the process of understanding how native speakers speak though a unique colour coding process.
Kemi Dowokpor
Kemi Dowokpor is founder of Mind Your Language International, is a UK and France based company that utilises contextual learning methods to promote confidence and fluency in learning languages.
Her passion is making language learning fun and as a Nigerian born British citizen who became bilingual through sheer grit, she works along side Christian to give Smart French a contemporary twist.
