12 Weeks. 24 Live Hours. One Communication Journey.
Every week, children learn through practical, interactive activities rather than simply listening to a teacher.
The programme combines:
🎤 PUBLIC SPEAKING & CONFIDENCE
Children learn to organise their ideas, speak clearly, present to others and gradually become more confident using their voice.
🇬🇧 ENGLISH COMMUNICATION
Listening, questioning, explaining, storytelling, discussion and presenting ideas effectively.
🇫🇷 PRACTICAL FRENCH
French for real communication — meeting people, introducing yourself, asking questions, ordering food, shopping, travelling, asking for directions and interacting in everyday situations.
💡 LEADERSHIP
Learning to take responsibility, communicate decisions, solve problems and encourage others.
🤝 TEAMWORK
Working with other young people through online challenges, projects, role plays and collaborative activities.
🌍 GLOBAL CONFIDENCE
Learning how to communicate respectfully and confidently with people from different countries, languages and cultures.
THREE AGE GROUPS — ONE GLOBAL COMMUNITY
Activities are adapted according to the age and ability of each child.

Games, visual activities, guided speaking, role play and short presentations.

Independent speaking, teamwork, problem-solving and communication challenges.
🚀 LEADERS — Ages 14–17
Presentations, debates, pitching, leadership challenges and more sophisticated communication tasks.

The French component of the Academy also prepares children who choose to participate in our international immersion experience.

We understand that families may be concerned about making substantial travel payments before knowing the outcome of their child's visa application. That is why the pathway has been structured in stages.

For more than 20 years, Kemi has designed innovative educational programmes that help children, young people and adults become confident communicators through English, French, public speaking, creative learning and international experiences.
She is passionate about developing confident global communicators who are prepared to thrive in an increasingly connected world.
Shola Victor-Sajowa
Public Speaking & Performance Coach
Shola Victor-Sajowa is a respected gospel recording artist, worship leader, professional Master of Ceremonies and inspirational speaker who has spoken and ministered before thousands across different platforms.
Her passion is helping young people discover their voice, communicate with confidence and develop the courage to stand in front of any audience.
Through the Academy, she will coach learners in public speaking, presentation skills, stage presence, confidence and leadership.
Together they bring over four decades of combined experience in education, communication, leadership and performance.
